Some of the transition services we offer specific to property management are re-keys, trash removal, maid cleans, move in/move out lists, drywall repairs, painting & carpet cleaning (or replacement). We provide photos of the repair with our bid so that the home owner can make a more informed decision. We also supply after photos once the job is complete.
We provide a comprehensive repair & maintenance service specialized for the needs of the property manager or landlords. We realize that keeping the tenant satisfied & staying within budgets are of the utmost importance. We quickly contact the tenant for scheduling & make every effort to work with their hours of availability.
We can help the the property manager & Landlord, the investor or the real estate agent with any home repair or improvement issue.
